Preparing your property for window cleaning
A few practical steps for a smoother visit, inside and out.

Share the whole picture
Tell Vista how many floors your property has, which windows need attention and whether you want interior or exterior cleaning. Photos of the full window and nearby access help the team review the scope before arriving.
Clear access without taking risks
Move small personal items away from interior window ledges and keep pathways clear where practical. Let Vista know about pets, locked gates, alarms and fragile surroundings. Do not climb or move heavy furniture to prepare for a visit.
Identify anything that needs special care
Mention damaged frames, loose screens, films, coatings or existing scratches. Photos can provide preliminary observations, but the condition and approach still need review.
Know what your appointment means
Your booking has a one-hour arrival window. That is not a promise that all cleaning will finish within an hour. The scope, access and condition of the glass affect the work required.
